Sublytix does not host or distribute movies, TV shows, or any copyrighted media. The platform only hosts user-generated subtitle text files. If you believe that content on Sublytix infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below to report the infringement.

How to submit a takedown notice

To submit a DMCA takedown request, please email us at [email protected] from a verified company domain and include the following:

• Your full legal name and title
• Proof of copyright ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner
• Exact URLs of the infringing subtitle files on Sublytix
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

We will process valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material while we review the claim. Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Platform limitations

Sublytix exclusively manages subtitle text files hosted on our platform. We cannot modify or remove content from third-party platforms, external media sources, or user devices. We do not host video/audio files.

Counter-notice / Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the removed content
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia

We will forward counter-notices to the reporting party and follow applicable laws when resolving disputes.

Service clarification and prohibited uploads

Sublytix provides user-generated subtitle creation tools, collaborative translation features, and secure subtitle file distribution. We do not host, stream, or distribute any video or audio content. Users must not upload subtitles ripped or copied from copyrighted sources (for example, DVD/Blu-ray or streaming services). Uploading such material may result in removal and account termination.
